Do you have a big chest, nice abs, and strong legs but do not know what else to improve to impress the ladies? One of the things that impress the ladies the most is the biceps and here are some bicep weight lifting exercises to help you make them stronger.
-The first bicep weight lifting exercise that is the most common is the dumbbell curl. To do this lift you are going to want to stand with your feet about shoulder width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand. It is important that you keep your back straight, hips and legs locked, and your head up. You are able to either alternate which arm you use or do both arms at the same time.
To start the lift you are going to want to begin to curl with your palms in until past your thighs and then turn your palms up for the remained of the curl to your shoulder height. To lower the weight you are going to go palms up until you pass your thighs when you turn your palms in. While doing this lift it is important that you keep your upper arms close to your side and really concentrate on your biceps while raising and lowering the weight.
-Another bicep lift you are able to do is the cable curl. While doing this lift you are able to either do one or two arms at a time. You will start with your arms at your sides with you palms facing up in the grip. You are going to need to keep your shoulders back, back straight, and your chest out. Grab a hold of a straight cable handle and rotate your hands until they face the outside bicep area at the top of the movement. If you are having trouble in reducing the body movement while doing the lift you might want to put your back against a wall.
-The final bicep weight lifting exercise is the seated preacher curl. To do this lift you will want to hold a barbell with your palms up about 12″ apart. You should sit on a bench with your upper arms against the pad. Begin to curl the bar until your forearms and biceps touch. While doing the lift you need to keep your upper arms in close during the entire lift. Once you have done this return the weight to the starting position.
Those are just three of the many different bicep weight lifting exercises that are effective in helping you to build your biceps.
