One cheap, good and simple way to deal with these aches is to drink a lot of water. The reason is that water helps you to flush away the toxins that are causing the aches. Do not forget to start keep exercising, but exercise should keep to light walking and stretching. The reason is that the body is going through a rigorous cleansing process during the Master Cleanse, and will not be be able to adequately recover from any intense exercise during the treatment.
