Helping the commercial caterer choose the right espresso machine
In this article we discuss the pro and cons of selecting a commercial espresso machine
A properly commissioned and maintained traditional commercial espresso machine will be an asset to any catering establishment and keep customers contented and coming back for more.
One of the most convenient ways of supplying this insatiable demand is with a traditional espresso machine.
Unlike bean to cup machines, the use of a commercial espresso machine in the making of espresso-based drinks is a more elaborate, time consuming and skilled process. This however adds to the charm and uniqueness of the drink as the customer can usually see each stage of the process and the care taken to produce it.

My husband’s family is quite close. Most of their traditions involve hunting, fishing and food.

They have been able to combine all the great ingredients introduced to the country and making it their one, UNIQUE. Nothing tastes as great as South African food! Maybe I am just bias, but why not try it and judge for yourself.

Back in the days of the Roman Empire the word ‘amateur’ meant ‘lover’ and referred to an individual who did something from a love of doing it, instead of for any financial gain. These people were considered to be the finest of experts because they perfected their craft motivated by nothing more than joy for their work.
Despite the fact that professional winemakers still imbue their work with passion and skill, amateurs, helped by modern technology and knowledge passed down over generations, can frequently now produce similar results.

Where did peppers come from?
One of the most common geniuses of peppers, known as the capsicum, is thought to have been in existence millions of years ago in present-day Bolivia, according to the Chicago Botanic Garden’s Information and Resources. But, the first known cultivation of peppers happened in Mexico and Central, as well as South America 10,000 years ago. The probable spread of these crops from Bolivia to these areas is attributed to birds. The capsicums existed mainly in the Americas until about 1600. Christopher Columbus’ voyages were helpful in spreading capsicum peppers throughout the world.

Most beer games are designed to get the players as loopy as possible. I’ve listed a few here that at least require a modicum of skill and not as much chug-a-lugging. I’ll say it again: Be responsible and don’t torture yourself and others around you by drinking too much. Most beer games are takeoffs of basic non-beer games.
Beer Ping-Pong
Players place a full glass of beer one paddle-width from the edge of the ping-pong table. If you hit your opponent’s cup, you earn a point and your opponent must slip. If you get the ball in your opponent’s cup, you earn five points and he or she must drink the whole cup. (Don’t swallow the ball!)
